Early Intervention Ages 0-3
Our Early Intervention program serves children age birth to 3 who have a medical diagnosis with a high probability of developmental delays, or with a developmental delay in one or more areas.
Preschool Ages 3-5
It is a full-day integrated program that runs five days per week unless there is a specified holiday or program day off.
School Age
Ages 6-13
Fairhaven School is a vital program of the local community striving to meet the goal of the TCBDD to provide choices, opportunities, and resources that enable children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Transition Ages 14-22
The goal of the program is to provide real work life experience to better prepare individuals for the transition into adulthood.
This program is here to help all individuals have the opportunity to explore career options that fit their skills and interests.

Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities
The Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities, also known as The Fairhaven Program, has served residents of Trumbull County with developmental disabilities for over 50 years. We provide services such as employment, education and training to those individuals living with developmental disabilities. Today, we provide services to approximately 1,200 individuals in Trumbull County.
