Mission
The Trumbull County Fairhaven Program’s mission is to provide choices, opportunities, and resources that enable children and adults with developmental disabilities to fully reach their potential as members of the community.
Board Members
Our Board is comprised of seven members of the community. Five members are appointed by the Trumbull County Commissioners and two are appointed by the Trumbull County Probate Judge. Board members are eligible to serve three consecutive four-year terms. Officers (President, Vice-President, and Secretary) are elected annually at the Organizational meeting held in January. The law requires that at least three Board members are family members of individuals who either receive, or are eligible to receive, services from the Board. All Board members serve on a voluntary basis with no compensation for their service.
Kevin Reilly, Board President
Mr. Reilly was appointed by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2011, filling an unexpired term of a previous board member. He is currently serving his third and final four-year term which ends in 2024. Mr. Reilly is a member of the Board’s Personnel Committee.
Jodi Glaser, Board Vice President
Ms. Glaser was appointed to our board by the Trumbull County Probate Judge in 2020. She is currently serving her first full term that ends in 2027. Ms. Glaser is Chair of the Policy/Program Committee and is a member of the Building/Grounds/ Maintenance Committee.
Mauro DiVieste, Board Secretary
Mr. DiVieste was appointed to our Board by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2020, filling an unexpired term of a previous board member. He is currently serving his first four-year term which ends in 2024. Mr. DiVieste is a member of the Board’s Ethics Committee and is also Chair of the Finance Committee.
Elizabeth Calderone, Board Member
Ms. Calderone was appointed to our Board by the Trumbull County Probate Judge in 2016. She is currently serving her third four-year term which ends in 2027. Ms. Calderone is a member of the Board’s Finance Committee and Chair of the Personnel Committee.
Mary Cunningham, Board Member
Ms. Cunningham was appointed to our Board by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2011, filling an unexpired term of a previous board member. Ms. Cunningham previously served on our Board from 2006-2009. She is currently serving her third and final four-year term which ends in 2025. Ms. Cunningham is also Chair of the Board’s Ethics Committee and is a member of the Board’s Personnel Committee.
Kimberly Hynes, Board Member
Ms. Hynes was appointed by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2022. This, her first four-year term, ends in 2025. Ms. Hynes is a member of the Board’s Policy/Program, Building/Grounds/ Maintenance, and Ethics Committees.
Larry Larson, Board Member
Mr. Larson was appointed to our Board by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2015, filling an unexpired term of previous board member. He is currently serving his second four-year term which ends in 2024. Mr. Larson is a member of the Board’s Finance and Program/Policy Committees and Chair of the Building/Grounds/Maintenance Committee.
